Work under Anna Vidyā drew together publicly reported enforcement actions — raids, seizures, and alerts around adulteration and unsafe food — into a structured picture of how risk shows up in supply chains and local markets. The aim is to support informed public and policy conversation, not to replace regulators or legal process.
